- This dish, often acknowledged as the national dish of Venezuela, is a flavorful blend of shredded beef, black beans, rice, fried ripen plantains and cheese
- Arepas - flatbread
- Arepas are flatbreads made out of white cornmeal and stuffed with potatoes, carrots, shredded chicken and avocado.
