Experience the journey that led Mary and Joseph to the stable where Jesus was born.

A Group leader will take you along a lighted path to three different scenes and then the final scene which is the Nativity. You will hear and see the story from the angel with Mary and Joseph, to the Inn of Bethlehem and to the shepherds. The wise men and you will follow the same star to the Stable!

You will hear songs being sung along your journey. It is an evening planned for you to listen, watch and experience the events leading up to the birth of Jesus. Each group will have between 30-40 people. At each scene there will be benches/bales of straw to sit on. The journey takes approximately 40 minutes. Be sure to dress warm!

There is no cost for the journey. If you wish to bring a canned good, that would be a gracious gift! We will have a container for you to place your “gift” to be delivered to the Solanco Food Bank. Invite your family and friends. Golf carts will be available for those not comfortable walking. They will travel behind the groups and stop at each scene.

Your journey will begin in the Family Life Center. Enjoy a cookie/snack with hot chocolate or hot cider. Hearing about the greatest GIFT you will ever receive is about to unfold! Requirements: Dress WARM, relax and expect to feel the Spirit. Come, enjoy the most important GIFT you will ever receive.

The last departure to take your journey will be at 7:30pm.
